This piece was easy to assemble, took about 15 minutes. The only things we didn't like were 1) the wood seat was scratched up, 2) the top shelf didn't fit all the way into the posts that well and looked a little crooked, and 3) The coat hooks themselves are a little cockeyed and are still a bit loose after tightening. For these reasons, I downgraded it to a 4, but it's still a great value for the price.
