It's constructed with birch wood veneers and highly durable MDF, a non-warping hardwood composite that retains its structural integrity through years of use.       We purchased this product for the entryway of our front door. It arrived very promptly. It not only looks beautiful, it organizes everything nicely. It is strong and secure and easily holds the weight of our coats. There is so much storage space! I love this coat rack. According to my husband, it was easy to put together. However, the hardware was cheap. Quite a few of the cam connectors broke. We had to go to a hardware store to purchase replacement parts. Other than that, I am very happy with this piece.

      I was not impressed with how this product arrived. The box looked as if it had been thrown around. However, when the product was put together I was very happy. It is perfect for what we wanted. There were a few scratched areas and these parts have been since replaced [...] It was a bit inconveinant, but I can honestly say I would order again from this company.

        Coat rack and cubbies look nice enough. I just installed today so don't know yet if they'll be as useful as we hope.

        Instructions could be a ot clearer. Some of the numbers indicating which hardware part to use are miniscule.
